Danilo Gardi: Chief Executive Officer 

In 1969 at Aldini Valeriani Technical Institute in Bologna Italy, Danilo began his studies in mechanical and electrical engineering. Additional studies followed at Georgio Cini Naval Academy in Venice, Italy. He officially graduated with Honors 1st in class of 2,124 students with a Mechanical Engineering degree. From 1976 through 1979 Danilo served in the Italian Navy as a combat helicopter pilot. From 1980 until 2005 Danilo was dedicated to designing and fielding breakthrough hardware and software essential to winning in the ultra competitive world of Le Mans Series auto racing. Cooperation with OEM manufacturers on matters of performance enhancement were commonplace with Danilo eventually consulting on some of the worlds most successful engines and engine control products including developing the famous Duratec Engine in use today. During his tenure as a race engineer, Danilo has been a constant force in forwarding the global field of alternative fuel systems as a whole. His early research and development discoveries have made possible the smooth and trouble-free way modern alternative fuel systems operate today. With more than 25 years research and development of alternative fuel systems, Danilo is one of the worlds leading authorities on the subject. Additionally, Danilo is already developing of the next generation of alternative systems for light and heavy duty vehicles.

 Joseph Marcellino: President 

Currently working in the financial industry as an independent consultant and previously an advisor at Wachovia Wealth Management. Joe was formerly the president of a logistics company that during his tenure was the 18th largest non-vessel owning common carrier in the world. He was responsible for the entire business cycle of the logistics operation of a company with 300 employees, 7 facilities, a trucking operation and warehousing. Some of his responsibilities included USDOT regulations, OSHA guidelines, hazardous materials training, facility maintenance and safety. Joe is particularly adept at streamlining companies and promoting an efficient and safe work environment. 

 Jeff Leone: Chief Operating Officer

 A graduate of John Carroll in 1982 and Great Lakes Academy in 1987 specializing in robotics, inertial devices, synchro/servos and global positioning. 2 deployments as US Navy Electronic Systems Manager of Inertial Navigation Systems and Satellite Navigation Systems aboard U.S.S. Kitty Hawk CV-63 and U.S.S. Constellation CV-64. After 6 years of Navy service Jeff served as Operations Manager and Pilot at Red Baron Aviation developing aviation performance enhancing innovations. In 2001 Jeff joined Airlink Technologies as Production Manager overseeing the manufacture of composite and metal aircraft, all systems and subsystems. In 2004 LoPresti Speed Merchants recruited Jeff to head their 50,000 sq. ft. aircraft research, development and manufacturing facility providing FAA certified systems to the general aviation market.

2007 through today… Chief Operating Officer of EuroAmerican Engineering and IMEGA INTERNATIONAL USA. Areas of expertise include EPA, ISO and DOT certifications, OSHA 29 CFR 1910, EPA 40 CFR part 85,  alternative fuel system development, composite tooling & manufacture, metal component manufacture, time and cost alysis, LEAN manufacturing, KAIZEN and Quality Assurance.

 Bob Gerber: National Sales Representative

Originally from the Philadelphia Metropolitan area, Bob began his business career in the late 1970s with the United Parcel Service. He later ran his own product launch consulting company serving a number of large Pharmaceutical companies. Upon relocating to South Florida in 1989 Bob began a 25 year career in the Financial Service Industry. During this period he was also active in city government serving on a number of committees with an emphasis on developing public private partnerships. Bob is a passionate proponent of National Energy Independence and the development of environmentally responsible fuel sources and systems to redefine the nation’s transportation platform, bringing greater flexibility and efficiencies to the marketplace. He is eagerly sharing the ImegaUSA success story and helping us map out an exciting future.

 Zach Stilwell: Engineering R&D Team Manager

A graduate of Martin County High school in 2009, including dual enrollment for General Education at Indian River State College. Graduated in the top 5% of his class. Was also selected, and completed an exclusive Martin County Leadership Program, with only two participants selected from each school by their schools’ lead administrators. Since January 2013 he has been an apprentice for renowned Mechanical Engineer, Danilo Gardi, in the research, development, customization, machining, assembly, and testing of high performance racing engines, as well as the fabrication, installation, system development, testing, manual writing and illustration, for alternative fuel systems.
